Private by default

timeOS is private by default. This means all your information is always private, and is accessible only to you and the people you explicitly choose to share data with. Moreover, your AI only starts transcribing when you explicitly invite your AI to do so.

timeOS is secured by design. For us, trust and privacy are more important than anything else.

Hosting

timeOS is hosted on Google Cloud and utilizes GCP Security Command Center and Cloud IDS for secure and reliable hosting. All our systems are continuously monitored for threats.

Encryption

All of your data is encrypted at transit with TLS/HTTPS and with AES-256 at rest. We ensure the safe storage of meeting summaries within our services.

User-controlled

You can ask timeOS to delete your data anytime. Your meeting data are private by default and not automatically shared with attendees without your consent.

FAQs

Who has access to the data?

You have ownership of all meeting data, including recordings, summaries, and transcriptions. The timeOS employee does not have default access. Access will only be granted with your consent.

How can I delete all of my data?

At any point in time, you may ask timeOS to securely delete your data. Our team works hard to ensure this is done within 30 days of the request (but on average is done within 7 days).

Is timeOS SOC2 certified?

In progress. We are working to complete a SOC 2 certification.

How long is data saved?

We safely store and securely encrypt your meeting data indefinitely so all your meeting insights and data remain at your fingertips until you explicitly ask us to delete it, or close your account. None of this data is kept by any of our sub-processors once the data is returned to timeOS.

We'll delete your Personal Information when not needed or upon your request, but some may be retained due to legal obligations.

Is timeOS compliant with GDPR?

timeOS is actively adopted by both individuals and teams within major organizations that rigorously adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you reside within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess specific data protection rights under the GDPR. Learn more . Where does my data go?

If you choose to use our meeting summarization or AI Assistant features, only relevant text-based data is sent to our LLM partners.

We do not rent or sell your Personal Data, including data provided to us by a third party service, such as Slack, Google, or Zoom, in personally identifiable form to anyone.

We are diligently implementing the strictest security standards. For instance, we provide you with full control to securely delete your data with just one click. This applies to individual meetings or all of your user data.
